I'm sorry if it's a mean comment, I don't mean to.. but I realised that ana or mia isn't the only way out, I understood that you can be thin, pretty and yet healthy and successfullll!!

I still have this feeling that I need to purge etc, but I'm trying to control it..

I'm 149 pounds, and 5'8..
I don't really look fat because I'm tall and I have strong bones, they weight alot..
My goal is to be 140pounds.. which is fine, I will lose with time, maybe by january..

I used to be 137 pounds in august, then I gained like 10 pounds because I lived at dorms and ate alot of junk and chocolates, once I stop eating that I lose the weight, 137 was abit too thin I think, since my face was always so yellow and the cheekbones were sticking out so i think that 140 would be perfect

5'4 145:( gross i know. i know a lot of my weight it in my chest, i can't find a bra anywhere that fits. the bras i have are 36DD, they are to small. i should be a DDD, or bigger. the 36 band is to big, but if i go down a band size i have to go up a cup size and it's nearly impossible to find a bra that is a 34band and bigger then a DDD....

i like the black the best too:)

it worked too!! i went to get my friend hot coco, and he asked me "why aren't you getting yourself any?" and i was like "im not hungry" hah! you should've seen the look on his face. it was priceless.

i didn't eat all of it, hubby at more then half[oh and he ate the left overs as well, which is good because i didn't want to feel like we wasted the money,haha].

and i wanted to purge, he wouldn't let me go to the bathroom after we ate. i actually ended up begging to purge.

There are times the thought of 'death' is stronger than the will to live. But then, there are someone else there that need me the most and I sacrifice my life for the love of others and be there whenver they need me. I always think that I can never make it after the death of my mother, after the divorce of my ex-husband and after the death of my son ... But life goes on and that my other children needs me at this time when they too need that love to bring them somewhere else. Yes ... I have been there in the dark and in pain; struggling all the time. But I have found my reasons to go on and no matter how painful it may be and no matter how I break inside - I always think that there are too many people in this world that is going through their own nightmares even worse than me. For example - those people in the war zone - they have no where else to go and live always in fear - but many keeps going on living even if the next day they know that death is standing so near to their face ...

I hope you will somehow find that way ... I wish you all well. You know, no one says to you that when you are born into this world and everything is perfect. If it is true that the world is nice, then everything else would be perfect. But life is not like this in this world - it can be both. Either it is painful or it is going easy; but that depends only on you. Because you are the one that has that control in your hands. Wish you well.

the pegnancy tests test the protiens in the urine. if pregnant the protiens usualy get higher... BUT  some women have to take a blood test instead, because some times the proteins don't change.  my suggestion would be go to a dr. or to plan parent hood...  because even if the test says negative if they do a pelvic exam they will be able to tell if you are pregnant. its called the chadwick sighn...........

alot of things can make a woman miss a period. stress is a big one.   if your  not usualy regular in the sence of missing a period now and again.  and once you loose a sertain amount of weight you will completely loose your periods anyway.   when you reach your goall of 88lb.s  you will more than likely loose your periods as well......

but like i said alot of things can make you miss your period. and it could be that you are stressed about if you are or arent with child.  did you no that if a woman belives she is pregnant she will get all the sighns and symptoms and can even gain weight, and still not be pregnant at all...

i wish you luck and hope everything turns out just as you want it to.
